When I want a relaxing flight to stave off life's frustrations, few things are better than a sunset cruise over a long shoreline. Lake Ontario's southern coast works nicely for this and it's conveniently located adjacent to the airport! I launched into dead calm air, cruised east to the end of the lake, and returned.
I think I left an unhealthy amount of stress up in the air at 2,500 feet and returned to the ground much refreshed.
